Three Identical Strangers

3.5 stars The truth will out

This is the true story of identical triplets adopted at birth into three different loving families. The agency neglected to inform the families at the time of the adoption as the agency decided that doing so would make placement easier. The film starts out very sweetly and then becomes sad. There is some exploration of “nature vs. nurture.” This is a good, interesting documentary, well worth watching, but not an engrossing, my how-the-time-flew type of movie. If you are in the mood for something in the same vein as “60 Minutes” then this is for you. Check justnow.com to see where it is streaming. 2018
